Training Description

The first part of the training will focus on limited English Proficiency (LEP). During this training, participants will learn about the Title VI legal requirements that apply to recipients of Federal financial assistance and how those should be considered when working with individuals with LEP. Participants will understand the laws that apply and their prohibitions against national origin discrimination, and the Guidelines for providing meaningful access to persons with LEP.
