Case Managers will learn preparation activities to become knowledgeable about the families they serve. Participants will learn to adequately assess an established safety plan as well as identify gaps and discrepancies to better determine tools for family engagement. Participants will also focus on the importance of building a positive working relationship as this is critical in jointly building meaningful case plan outcomes, strategies for change, and assessing progress over time. Lastly, participants will learn to identify information in each domain to resolve existing needs for a family.
