Training Description

This workshop explored the different types of shame (healthy and toxic) and how healthy shame can help children learn and grow; how attachment and safety come from relationships that go through ruptures and repair; the importance of counter shaming and creating a "no mistake zone;" the importance of curiosity in reducing shame; how to "level the playing field" to encourage to counter shame; and learn from participants as they role play a scenario to create a counter-shaming environment.
