Training Description

This exciting workshop will share innovative practices to support relative and non-relative (fictive kin) through Kinship Navigator services. Kinship caregivers and their children present with many complex and dynamics needs throughout the United States. There are over 2.6 million children being raised by relatives in both informally and formally. This workshop will provide a broad overview of the issues and current best practices in the field of kinship care.
